Random Picture of the Week #71: Seeing Through the Fog
This week’s random image is from an old Studebaker Tow Truck I came across in Weatherford, Texas.
Seeing Through the Fog
I love old cars and trucks. There is so much detail and the lines are were designed for looks and not for aerodynamics. Even with old work trucks such as this front grill on this old Studebaker tow truck, you can see the extra detailed to the grill work. Its simple with a hint of color with the old yellow fog lights. Yes yellow lights are functional and in some cases may even be brighter than standard lighting of the day. Some have even said seeing through the fog is easier when you have yellow fog lights.
About the Image
I shot the above image with a Canon EOS Rebel T1iCanon EOS Rebel T1i and Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS II SLR Lens. During the late afternoon. I then processed the image with Adobe Lightroom and Topaz Clarity.
