Random Image of the Week #50: Fairview Cemetery and Church in Tuxedo, Texas
This week’s random image is of a stretch of a desolate stretch of country road with the old Fairview Cemetery and Church in Tuxedo, Texas of to the left.
Fairview Cemetery and Church in Tuxedo, Texas
Fairview Cemetery and Church in Tuxedo, Texas was founded in 1890 when John Page Free was buried in December 1890. There are over a 1000 interments with a few being laid to rest in the last fifteen years.
The old cemetery and church is in or near the small Town of Texedo, Texas (nothing left but a few homes and farms where the town once stood) and just few minutes north of Anson, Texas.

About the Image
The image was shot by hand in the middle of the afternoon between the storms with my Sony Nex-3N and a Sony SEL16F28 16mm f/2.8. I then edited the image in Adobe Lightroom. Next, I post processed with Topaz Clarity to add texture, brighten, and bring out the details in the image. Then I removed the dust spots. Finally, I used Topaz DeNoise to remove the noise from the image.
