This weeks random image was taken during a harbor tour of Charleston Harbor. Its of the Maersk Visby Cargo Ship with the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge as a back drop.<\/p>\n

Maersk Visby Cargo Ship<\/h3>\n

This colorful vessel is named the Maersk Visby and is sailing under the flag of Singapore. She was built in 2010. For more information about her or to see where she is current location is check out Vessel Finder<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I first saw her sailing into the harbor at the beginning of the harbor but she was to far out to see her up close. So towards the end of the tour we were able to get close enough to her that I could she a few shots with the SEL55210 lens<\/a>.<\/p>\n

What I love about these cargo ships is all the color. At least with this one, the Maersk Visby Cargo Ship is a rusty blue color and the containers bring even more colors into the ship.<\/p>\n

About the Image<\/h3>\n

I took this shot at almost full zoom on a rocky boat with a mixture of clouds and bright sunlight. I used Adobe Lightroom<\/a> to edit the image, Topaz Denoise 5<\/a>, and Topaz Clarity<\/a> to add the texture and clarity back into the image. I then used Lightroom to play with the lighting.<\/p>\n
