In the last three years I have gone to the Sachse, Texas Cars Under the Stars Car Show. Each year the show attracts even more vehicle entries. The first year I spent the most time there shooting and enjoying the rides. Last year, I wasn\u2019t feeling well and only spent about an hour out in the heat. This year, I spent several hours out in the heat. I walked up down the rows of cars several times.<\/p>\n
I am a fan of the old VW Bugs. I love seeing them slammed and bagged. I like see them all prettied up like this one or ratted out barn find. Either way I love it.<\/p>\n
To see the rest of images I will be posting several articles over the next few months on my personal blog. The first article is already live<\/a>.<\/p>\n For this shoot I carried two cameras. Most of the shots were done with a Nikon D5000<\/a> and Nikon 18-55mm NIKKOR Zoom Lens<\/a> and some of the shots I did with the Canon EOS Rebel T1i<\/a> and\u00a0 Canon EF-S 18-55mm f\/3.5-5.6 IS II<\/a>. Shot around sunset and low light conditions. Everything was then editing with Adobe Lightroom<\/a> CC and then post processed with Topaz Clarity<\/a> to bring back the detail.<\/p>\nAbout the Image<\/h3>\n
