This week\u2019s random image is of an old vintage Texaco sign partially hidden in the tall grass near the old abandoned Texaco building in Bowie, Texas.<\/p>\n

Hidden Vintage Texaco Sign<\/h3>\n

On the way back from Wichita Falls, Texas I stopped in the small town of Bowie, Texas to do a little exploring. One of the stops I made was to an old abandoned Texaco building on the edge of town. While exploring the\u00a0surrounding area, I came across this abandoned vintage sign partially hidden in the grass.<\/p>\n

About the Image<\/h3>\n

This image was shot just before a large storm system came into the area. The shot was taken by hand with my Sony Nex-3N<\/a> and a Sony SEL16F28 16mm f\/2.8<\/a> lens. I then edited the image in Adobe Lightroom<\/a>. Next, I post processed with Topaz Clarity<\/a> to add texture, brighten, and bring out the details in the image. Then I removed the dust spots. Finally, I used Topaz DeNoise<\/a> to remove the noise from the image.<\/p>\n
