Its one of my favorites rides and every time I see an old Chevrolet 210 on the road or sitting in the field I so want to build a rat rod like this one. I love this old 40s and 50s paint color and the rusted patina paint job with the nice and shiny chrome\/red rims. Then the owners slammed it. I don\u2019t car if its fast, but it does look good. This is just one of the old rat rod styles I would love to build. To see more images from past and present <a href=\"http:\/\/jamesjohnston.info\/tag\/invasion-car-show\/\" target=\"_blank\">Invasion Car Show<\/a>, check out my personal blog or my <a href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/element321\/sets\/72157631414095604\/\" target=\"_blank\">Flickr album<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>About the Image<\/h3>\n<p>The image was shot by hand with my <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/B00BF9MUBM\/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=390957&amp;creativeASIN=B00BF9MUBM&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;tag=evolutdesign-20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Sony Nex-3N<\/a> and a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/B003NRHAH8\/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=390957&amp;creativeASIN=B003NRHAH8&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;tag=elemsbackgard-20&amp;linkId=4Y4DCTJDL3ZPYARL\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Sony SEL16F28 16mm f\/2.8<\/a>. Although it was bright, it was after 4pm and the sun was casting crazy shadows on my subjects. Next year, maybe I will take a slave flash with me to bounce some extra light on the subject to remove some of those shadows. I then edited them in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/s\/?_encoding=UTF8&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=390957&amp;field-keywords=adobe%20lightroom&amp;linkCode=ur2&amp;sprefix=adobe%20lightroom%2Celectronics%2C234&amp;tag=evolutdesign-20&amp;url=search-alias%3Dsoftware\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Adobe Lightroom.<\/a> Then I post processed the image with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.evolutionarydesigns.net\/blog\/topaz-clairity\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Topaz Labs Clarity<\/a> to add more texture, remove shadows, boost brightness and contrast.<\/p>\n<div id=\"themify_builder_content-2405\" data-postid=\"2405\" class=\"themify_builder_content themify_builder_content-2405 themify_builder themify_builder_front\">\n\t<\/div>\n<!-- \/themify_builder_content --><div id=\"ssp_div\"><\/div>\n<script><\/script>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This week\u2019s random image is another favorite image from the Invasion Car Show 2014.
