Random Picture of the Week #21: The Traveling Man Statue in Deep Ellum, Dallas, Texas
This week’s random image was taken last summer during a photo walk I did down in Deep Ellum, Dallas, Texas. This giant steel statue is of The Traveling Man Statue series that can be found near the Deep Ellum Dart Rail Station.
The Traveling Man Statue in Deep Ellum
When first arriving at the Deep Ellum Rail Station, you will see the 38 foot tall statue of The Traveling Man that welcomes visitors and residents of the neighborhood
This statue is part of series, that can be found in the general area the rail station. Near the old Union Banker building, you can see another cool robot sitting back playing his guitar. Then across the street, there are a couple of steel bird statues. The same birds can been on and around the giant robots.
