To get you started with how to build a website using Adobe Dreamweaver CC I want to introduce to Adobe Dreamweaver CC Learn and Support Site. Adobe says you go from a beginner Dreamweaver CC user to an Expert user by following their tutorials.
I think these are some great tutorials that will help you out. But the only way to become an expert is to get this program and use it. I would recommend reading the articles and then do the video tutorials. By articles I mean the small short tutorials that have some basic information about a topic that is important to both web design and Dreamweaver. Once you have looked through those, make sure to do the video tutorials. They are going to be your more advanced tutorials.
