The free grunge texture packs listed here are free and are licensed under the Creative Commons license but, some have the license set to non commercial use. They also require that you give credit to the owners by linking back to their DeviantArt account and texture pack page. So please check the creator’s rules for usage before creating anything with these textures. Please do not abuse these freebies. The owners do not have to provide these for free.
