WordPress Admin Plugins
To help ease the pressures of managing WordPress, I have six useful plugins for managing the administration side of running a website. Each of these plugins, has been updated over the last few months and have great features that will enhance and make your life easier when it comes to working on the administration side of your website.
Editorial Calendar
“Did you remember to write a post for next Tuesday? What about the Tuesday after that? WordPress doesn’t make it easy to see when your posts are scheduled. The editorial calendar gives you an overview of your blog and when each post will be published. You can drag and drop to move posts, edit posts right in the calendar, and manage your entire blog.”
Admin Management Xtended
“As a whole, the new WordPress Admin panel is organized fairly well, however when it comes to editing posts or pages quickly without having to open each post or page in a new tab or window, it isn’t a very efficient process. For those who are using WordPress as a CMS, it’s important to be able to manage contents easily and quickly. That’s what this plugin helps to do.
It adds some icons to the posts/pages management panel with AJAX-driven CMS-known functions like toggling post/page visibility, changing publication date and title without having to open the edit screens or reload the page, plus changing page order with drag’n’drop, inline category management and inline tag management, plus much more.”
Adminize
“Visually compresses the administratrive header so that more admin page content can be initially seen. Compatible with WordPress 2.5 or later. Configure all metaboxes and other areas in the write-area. The new theme move the Tags- and Categorys-box to the sidebar, switch off optional metaboxes and other areas in the write-area. Codepress Admin Columns

Custom Admin Branding
