It’s the start of a new month, so its time list some of the best Photoshop tutorials created last month. Normally, we try and post this lists in the last few days of the month. But with the schedule and timing issues, we didn’t have time to start on this article until early this morning.

In August, there were a lot of great tutorials. As always, we only listed the ones we found most helpful for our readers. This list contains a list of basic photo editing Photoshop tutorials and few intermediate photo manipulation tutorials. But even if you are just beginning and know the Photoshop tool layout, then you can attempt all of these tutorials.
We Recommend Photoshop CS4, CS5 and Adobe Lightroom 3 For All Your Photography Needs
In my opinion Photoshop and Lightroom 3 (for large photo sets) are the best tools for editing images. In fact they are my favorite tools in design to use and I use these tools almost every day. I use Photoshop for design products, web design projects, and image processing.

This tutorial shows how to merge different images to create one landscape. This tutorial uses multiple layers and blends them together. The tutorial is designed for beginner level users.
How Selective Color Works
Selective Color Adjustment layer a Photoshop feature that not a lot of people use. But it is very useful and is flexible when hue/saturation and color balance is does not help. This tutorial will show how to use this tool by doing skin correction. This is a beginner level tutorial.
